This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for LeadSmart (https://leadsmart.pro), operated by NDS STUDIO LLP.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed, and you are not charged anything during the trial.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, by emailing support@leadsmart.pro or by calling +91 98718 22778. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
A 100% refund is possible for valid reasons. To request one, email support@leadsmart.pro or call +91 98718 22778 with your account email and the reason. Our support team reviews every request, and the final decision rests with the LeadSmart team.
Yearly plans: if you cancel a yearly plan, you can get a pro-rata refund for the unused period. Request it through the same email or phone number.
4. Third-party fees
Fees you pay directly to Meta for the WhatsApp Business API, or to other third parties, are not charged by LeadSmart and cannot be refunded by us.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take extra time to show the credit.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
